* Ladies under 18 cannot be facilitated, unless accompanied by an adult over 18 years old.
* Arrival : All clients are requested to arrive 10 minutes before any booking time, to check in.
* Late Arrival : Late arrival will be considered as a no show. Your gift voucher will automatically be void.
* Credit Card details, a deposit or gift voucher references are required at time of the call to confirm your spa booking
* Cancellation : We regret that 50% of the treatment cost will be automatically charged to your credit card or gift voucher if your appointment is cancelled for less than 24 hours. For groups of two or more, more than 48 hours notice is requested. The card holder will be charged without notification.
* We reserve the right to refuse any booking.
* Non attendance / No show: We regret that your gift voucher will automatically be void if no show. Or, full payment will be debited from the credit card given to secure the booking.
* Extensions & Administration Charges: Vouchers can be extended for a further term of 3 months after the expiry date for a small fee of 25% of the current treatment price.
* Non-refundable: Vouchers are non-refundable in total or in part.
* Gratuities are left to the clients discretion.
